Hi, my name is Jesuradjan “Randy” Inoc, married, and the son of the late labor Arbiter of National Labor Relation Commission (NLRC) Judge Manuel Inoc. I’m the second child in the family of 7 siblings. I’m a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation and have been working as a seafarer onboard international vessels for 11 years since I graduated in March 1990. Formerly a sergeant at arms member of Rotary Club of Diliman North District 3780 and presently a second degree holder of Knights of Columbus (K.of C. Cordova Council No.9214)

A tragic incident in my life when my father died of cancer of pancreas at the age of 49 leaving all of my 6 siblings unfinished in their schooling. In his deathbed, I promised him that I will pick up the baton of responsibility and swore never to get married until I see all of my younger siblings get a college degree. Now I am very happy to witness all of them got their college diploma. Now we have in the family one Veterinarian, 2 Dentists, one Area Manager of Kentucky Friend chicken, one Nurse, and a Seafarer. Now I know that my father is happy that I have somehow fulfilled the promise I made to him. If I could only say “Father, I’m so proud to report to you that I have delivered your longed cherished goal of seeing all of us graduated from college with flying colors.”

I was about to go back to my work as a seaman but being pressed by my ardent desire to stay in our own country since it’s lonely to work abroad, the door of opportunity working in real estate was opened to me. After attending series of seminars and exhibits I gained adequate knowledge in this field. My first sale was in Collinwood worth P3 million energized me into selling regularly month after month on various projects such as Summerville, Genesis, Brookfield and many more. My greatest achievement is to have successfully sold 20 houses and lots in Summerville alone. These accomplishments afforded me to purchase a car (cherished possession so far)which is very useful in servicing my clients.

My focus is Mactan projects and I also have adequate knowledge on projects in Cebu City, Consolacion, Liloan, Talisay and Minglanilla.
